Return Policy

Scope

This Return Policy covers consultations, design services, and related styling support provided by Shaklyraghep through shaklyraghep.ddd.

Consultations and Design Fees

• Booked consultations can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: full refund of consultation fees.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the consultation fee is retained to cover reserved time.
• No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours: consultation fees are non-refundable.

Project Deposits and Services

• Deposits secure your project slot and cover initial design work; they are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
• If you cancel before work begins, deposits are refundable minus any confirmed third-party costs already incurred.
• Services delivered (e.g., concepts, drawings, sourcing lists) are non-returnable once provided.

Procured Items and Third Parties

Where we assist with sourcing products from third-party suppliers, the supplier's own return and warranty terms apply. We will help facilitate communication, but decisions on refunds or exchanges are at the supplier's discretion.

Quality Issues

If you believe a delivered service falls short of the agreed scope, please notify us within 7 days so we can review and, where reasonable, provide revisions aligned with the original brief.
